CHECK FUOYE Registration Procedure For New students 2017/2018



Step 1: The mode of sundry fee payment is via Bank draft, generate bank draft at anybank bank nationawide in favour Federal University Oye-ekiti [FUOYE] for the exact amount of school sundry fee Note: see the undergraudate Sundry Fee section for details
Step 2: Logon to and login with yout JAMB Registration Number
Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 76510415CA and password known alone by the candidate

Step 3: Upon Login Click on the “ Start Online Screening “. Note: This will only be viewable by candidates who have paid
Acceptance fee and printed
Admission letter.

Step 4: The Online Screening Page is categorized into Four(4) Stages/Steps

Stage 1:
You are to provide a valid
WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card details , Candidates who have previously uploaded the scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST UTME/DE screening exercise, kindly confirm the correctness of the details and click on the “ Submit for Verification ” button when you are done.

Stage 2:
You are to download, Print and complete the following forms
Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
Guarantor’s Letter (from A Clergy)

Stage 3:
You will be required to upload a scanned ( not camera picture ) copy of the following:

Birth Certificate
Local Government Certificate
Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
Guarantor’s Letter (from A Clergy)
Court Affidavit Of Good Conduct
Medical Report (from The University Health Center)
SSCE Result

Stage 4:
Complete and upload all of the above documents and click on the “Complete Registration” for Approval. Check back on the Portal after some few hours.

Step 5: Upon Approval by the University Academic Affairs Office, you will be able to print your screening certificate and proceed to make payment of school fee [ See Undergraduate Sundry Fee Section ]. School Fess are to be paid Via Bank draft, check your portal account for further information

Step 6: After payments of fees you will visit the bursary department to submit the bank draft . Upon submission you will be provided with a Scratch card to be used on the student portal for further registration.

Step 7: Candidates are required to submit three(3) copies of all credentials including the course registration form at the Faculty Offfice


Step 1: Go to any branch of any commercial bank nationwide to generate bank draft in favour Federal University Oye-ekiti [FUOYE] for the exact amount of school sundry fee
[Undergraduate Sundry Fees section for fees details].

Step 2: Logon to and Click on “Student Login” Link

Step 3: Kindly Login with your Matric Number e.g CSC/2017/1001 and use the word “password” as your inital password to logon to the portal
Step 4: You will be required to update the underlisted data:
1. Passport Upload (Red background)
2. Phone Number
3. Nationality
4. Religion
5. Date of Birth
6. Email Address (Must be Fuoye Student Email Address )
Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
Step 5: After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
Step 6: Change your Password as required
Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.
Step 7: Proceed to Course Registration and Payment of School Fee and other Charges as applicable to you.
Important Information
Please note that integration and migration to this platform will take a while to be completed. Thus, certain information as regards your previous registration and payment should be accessed, printed and documented by individual students Cpanel on within two weeks starting from now.
Failure to follow these instructions is strictly at your own risk and the ICT directorate will not be liable to any denial of Service on the old portal afterwards.
